Overview:
AONS Support Services will be a non-personal services contract to provide planning, analytical, operational, and technical services to the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G-6 AONS Directorate.
The senior capture manager essentially tore up the technical volume following Red Team and began a complete overhaul and rewrite. She was seemingly happy with the Management Volume our consultant generated, and his version moved past Gold Team with little or no revision. She moved him off the management volume to assume full responsibilities as the Tech Volume lead
Our consultant worked side-by-side with the Senior Capture Manager and the designated Proposal Manager to largely re-write the entire 90+ page technical volume, including developing extensive PWS compliance tables inserted into the document
He was essentially the primary writer of the entire 90+ page tech volume, integrating re-written input from SMEs and the Proposal Manager, along with developing entire sections extant on his own per the Senior Capture Manager’s guidelines.
The Senior Capture Manager brought him back to support the next effort.
