Approximate Bid Value: $1B

Overview:

NMS is a 5-year Maintenance and Training Program designed to make the Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (National Army and National Police) capable of self-sustainment of their 43,000+ wheeled vehicle and ground equipment fleet.

In addition to complex solution development required, the RFP consisted of an incredibly complex CLIN structure of 747 CLINs, each of which required its own Basis of Estimate (BOE) and supporting narrative. We developed the staffing and HR technical solutions, as well as a compliant, structured template for the development of over 3500 pages of BOE narrative.

We served as the nexus for staffing development for the 1700-FTE staffing solution. Supported the Proposal Manager and Capture Manager with development of numerous briefings through the entire proposal process, up to and including Price To Win and FPR briefings.

Our work received many accolades from the VP of BD Tim E and Capture Manager John C, including “You are the most expensive SME on this project, but you are worth every penny.” “Could not have done it without you.”
