Overview:

The PEO UCSCSS program objective is to provide US Army worldwide with cloud-based voice, video, instant messaging/chat, and desk sharing capability.

The Hinz consultant served as nexus for PWS development, several management sections, and metrics related to solution implementation across 12 Army locations. She developed a PWS of 50 pages while working hand in hand with the solution architect and SMEs. She also developed content for key management sections that linked the technical and management solutions.

During the work, several amendments significantly changed requirements and the solution needed to evolve accordingly.  Our person adapted to changes in both Government requirements and in the customer’s strategy. She integrated them into the PWS and across the books to make sure it was a compliant, compelling response.

As a result, the Bid Manager said he was now making her a “permanent contractor” and asked if she would agree to return on multiple bids.
